Client drawings are reviewed for fabrication feasibility before production starts. For design-and-build projects, our team develops drawings from your brief. Material specifications are confirmed and drawings approved before fabrication begins.
Plates, sections, pipes, and fittings are sourced from reputable suppliers. Material certificates are maintained and tracked through production for full traceability from raw material to finished component.
Laser cutting, plate rolling, press braking, and forming carried out on our production equipment. Dimensions verified at this stage — correct cuts are the foundation of accurate assembly.
Qualified welders using appropriate procedures for the material and joint — MIG, TIG, and SMAW as applicable. Inter-stage dimensional checks are carried out throughout assembly.
Dimensional verification against drawings. Surface finishing applied as required. Components packaged and dispatched, or our erection crew mobilises for on-site installation of structures, platforms, and sheds.
Dimensional checks at cutting, assembly, and final inspection. Nothing proceeds to the next stage until the previous one is verified.
Material certificates, inspection records, and test documentation provided as required by the project scope and client requirements.
